Today, 27 July, a mix of weather conditions is expected across Ukraine. Some regions will be hit by bad weather in the form of thunderstorms, whilst others can expect hot, dry conditions.

This has been reported by the "Ukrhydrometcentre".

Forecasters warn that during the day, the western regions will see rain and thunderstorms, with hail and squalls of 15–20 m/s also possible in some areas.

Meanwhile, no rainfall is forecast for the rest of Ukraine.

It will be hottest during the day in the northern and central regions, where temperatures will reach 28–30°C.

Temperatures of 26–28° are expected in the south, and 25–27° in the east and west.

There are calls to make the 8,000 UAH ‘eSadok’ payment tax-free

The Cabinet of Ministers has proposed that the monthly ‘eSadok’ payment should not be included in the recipient’s taxable income. The scheme is due to come into effect in 2028 for working parents whose children have not been provided with a place in a nursery or other paid childcare by the local authority.
