The government may be headed by First Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko. Current Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal is likely to move to the position of Minister of Defense instead of Rustem Umerov, who is being considered for the position of Ukraine's ambassador to the United States.
