Russia's attack: strikes in Kyiv, Ternopil, Lutsk, Chernihiv, Lviv region, and Khmelnytskyi region
As reported by Kyiv City Military Administration, as a result of the attack:
- Power outages on the Left Bank,
- Fuel station damaged in Dniprovskyi district,
- Fire in a multi-storey building in Darnytskyi district,
- Hit in a residential building and an educational institution in Solomianskyi district,
- Damage near a fuel station and fire at an infrastructure facility in Holosiivskyi district.
Additionally, enemy shells damaged the metro tracks between "Darnytsia" and "Livoberezhna," causing trains on the red line to run only between "Akaimiskyi" and "Arsenalna," with a 6-minute interval. To get to work, people are forced to stand in kilometer-long queues.
Kyiv Region
According to the head of the regional military administration Mykola Kalashnyk, in Bucha, Brovary, and Boryspil districts, private houses and outbuildings were damaged. Windows were shattered, roofs damaged. No reports of casualties have been received.
Ukrzaliznytsia reports damage to the railway tracks in Kyiv region. As a result, several trains on the Tripoli route will follow a reserve route through Fastiv - without stopping at "Vydubychi" station. Train delays of up to 90 minutes.
Chernihiv

Russia attacked Lutsk with 15 UAVs and 6 missiles. As a result of the strikes, the roof of one multi-apartment building was damaged, many windows in apartment buildings were shattered, windows in private houses and educational institutions were broken, a government facility was damaged, commercial objects and private cars were damaged. 5 people were injured.
Ternopil
A series of explosions occurred in Ternopil. The Regional State Administration reported the "most massive air attack on the region".

Lviv Region
Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi announced the successful operation of air defense forces, which "prevented any enemy object from hitting the territory of the Lviv community during this long night".
According to the Regional State Administration, the enemy attacked Lviv region with combat drones and cruise missiles. There were no casualties or injuries, but in several villages near Lviv, there are issues with power lines. An emergency team from Lvivoblenergo is already working on-site. The vital systems of Lviv region are functioning normally.
