As a result of shelling targeting energy infrastructure, some customers in the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kharkiv and Chernihiv regions are currently without power.

This was reported by Ukrenergo.

Due to damage to a power facility, 54,000 properties in Nizhyn, Chernihiv Oblast, are without power, according to Chernihivoblenergo JSC.

Power engineers are working flat out to restore power to all customers as quickly as possible. Restoration work is continuing around the clock.

In addition, seven settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region remain without power due to bad weather. Repair crews are working on the restoration.

No electricity consumption restrictions are forecast for domestic consumers or industry in Ukraine on 21 April. However, energy suppliers are asking consumers to use electricity sparingly during the evening hours – from 17:00 to 22:00.
