Over the past 24 hours, 226 combat engagements have been recorded on the front line. Russian forces have used aircraft, drones and artillery against the positions of the Defence Forces and populated areas.

The 1,525th day of the Russian Federation’s large-scale armed aggression against Ukraine is now underway.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 226 combat engagements were recorded over the past 24 hours.

Russian troops carried out 76 air strikes and dropped 247 guided bombs. They also deployed 6,251 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,283 shelling attacks on Ukrainian military positions and populated areas, including 34 using multiple launch rocket systems.

Air strikes were carried out, in particular, on areas around settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region, including Pokrovske, Lisne, Novoselivka and Gavrylivka. In the Zaporizhzhia region, the following settlements came under attack: Rizdvyanka, Verkhnia Tersa, Shyroke, Svoboda, Dolynka, Rivne, Novoselivka, Liubytske, Chervona Krynytsia, Odarivka, Zaporozhets and Novooleksandrivka.

The Defence Forces’ air force, missile forces and artillery struck four areas where enemy personnel were concentrated.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, the enemy carried out three air strikes using five guided bombs and conducted 58 shelling attacks, four of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.

In the Southern Slobozhanskyi sector, 18 attacks were recorded in the areas of Vovchansk, Starytsia and towards Ternova, Okhrimivka, Bochkove, Novovasylivka and Kolodyazne.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attacked four times in the areas of Novoosynove, Kindrashivka and towards Kupiansk and Kivsharivka.

In the Lyman sector, the enemy attempted to breach the defences 13 times, attacking towards Drobysheve, Lyman and Shyikivka.

In the Sloviansk sector, assault operations took place in the Zakitne area and in the directions of Rai-Oleksandrivka, Kryva Luka and Ozerny.

In the Kramatorsk sector, one attack was recorded towards Nykyforivka.

In the Kostiantynivka sector, the enemy carried out 15 attacks in the areas of Pleshchiivka, Ivanopil and towards Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, Rusyn Yar, Sofiivka, Vilne and Novopavlivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 52 assaults towards Bilytske, Zatyshko, Novyi Shakhovyi, Dorozhnyi, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Novooleksandrivka, Shevchenko, Hryshyne, Vasylivka, Muravka, Molodetske, Novopidhorodne, Novopavlivka, Novyi Donbas, Pokrovsk, Udachne and Serhiivka.

In the Oleksandrivka sector, the enemy launched six attacks in the areas of Oleksandrohrad, Novohryhorivka and towards Verbove and Yegorivka.

In the Huliaipole sector, 26 attacks took place in the areas of Dobropillia, Pryluky, Olenokostiantynivka, Zaliznychne, Sviatopetrivka, Myrne, Tsvitkove, Charivne and Huliaipole.

In the Orikhiv sector, one attempt to advance was recorded in the Stepove area.

In the Dnipro direction, the enemy attempted to advance four times towards the Antonivsky Bridge and Bilohrudy Island.

In the Volyn and Polissya sectors, no signs of offensive groupings being formed were detected.

Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces suffered 1,180 casualties. Additionally, 16 armoured fighting vehicles, 34 artillery systems, two multiple launch rocket systems, 1,039 drones, 276 vehicles and five pieces of specialised equipment were destroyed.
