"No grand promises": Drapatiy revealed the tasks he had been given by Zelenskyy
Mykhailo Drapatiy announced this on his Facebook page.
“We have a difficult task ahead of us, so we are working without making grandiose promises, taking responsibility for our decisions and showing respect for the people who are holding the front line and helping Ukraine to stand firm,” said Drapatiy.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that the President had set him clear tasks:
- to continue and intensify offensive operations across all domains;
- to plan new operations behind enemy lines;
- to develop the armed forces and their capabilities;
- to build up the capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
- Drapaty is the new Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
As a reminder, yesterday, 21 July, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed Mykhailo Drapatyi as the new Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, replacing Oleksandr Syrskyi.
