Foreign volunteers died from a strike by the Russian Federation on a training camp
According to the publication The New York Times, the missile strike on the training center occurred as recruits were sitting down for lunch.
An unnamed American recruit from Florida told the publication that the explosion was "the loudest he has ever heard." According to him, after the explosion, he saw at least 15 soldiers killed and over 100 wounded.
Additionally, military sources reported that the ammunition depot caught fire as a result of the strike, causing even more explosions during the aid to the wounded.
The spokesperson for the international legion of Ukrainian military intelligence, Volodymyr Kaminetsky, did not disclose the number of casualties during the strike but noted that the investigation into the strike is ongoing.
