Iran launched missiles at American military bases
Iran launched several rockets at American military bases in the Middle East in response to US strikes on Tehran's nuclear program facilities.

As noted by an Israeli official, about 10 rockets were launched towards Qatar, and another one towards Iraq.

"The White House and the Department of Defense are aware of potential threats to Al-Udeid Air Base in Qatar and are closely monitoring them," a high-ranking US official commented.

In the evening local time, explosions were heard over the capital of Qatar, Doha, reports Reuters.

It is known that Al-Udeid Air Base in Qatar is the largest US military base in the region. The publication notes that over the past few weeks, many aircraft and personnel have been evacuated from there.

France and the United Kingdom also scrambled their fighters over the Middle East to intercept Iranian missiles.

The media reported the closure of airspace by Qatar, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
