Massive shelling in Kharkiv, casualties and destruction

An overview of the consequences of hostile attacks on Kharkiv and the region, including the number of casualties and injuries, as well as the destruction of civilian infrastructure.

The recent hostile attacks on Kharkiv have left several people dead and numerous injuries. According to the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleg Syniehubov, one person was killed and three others were injured in the attacks on the city's suburbs, including two men, aged 40 and 42.

Later, another death was reported, bringing the total number of victims to two. All victims are receiving highly qualified medical care. The attack also hit a children's sanatorium, where a fire broke out.

The total number of people killed in a massive attack on the suburbs of Kharkiv has reached four. Six people sustained injuries of varying severity. The shelling affected not only Kharkiv itself, but also eight settlements in the region.

The occupiers attacked with drones, missiles and air bombs. In some cases, significant destruction of private homes, infrastructure, and vehicles was recorded.

Russian forces also carried out more than 20 strikes on various settlements in Sumy region, resulting in serious consequences and civilian casualties.
