Russia's mobilization resource amounts to 25 million people – SVR
The total mobilization resource of Russia amounts to 25 million people, but truly trained among them is many times less. This was stated by the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, Oleg Ivashchenko, in an interview with Ukrinform.
"Russia has a population of approximately 145 million. The mobilization resource is 25 million people. These are those with appropriate military registration or related specialties. And these are the labor resources that drive the economy. But actually trained — 3 million," he said.
Ivashchenko emphasized that since the start of the full-scale war, Russia has already mobilized 1.3 million, with nearly another 1 million lost as killed and wounded.
