Russia deploys up to ten units near Myrnohrad and intensifies pressure on the city
Russian troops intensified their offensive in the Myrnohrad sector after failing to establish control over Pokrovsk. The occupiers have concentrated about ten units in the area of Myrnohrad to continue their advance. This is reported in a Telegram of the 7th Rapid Reaction Corps of the Air Assault Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In response, the Ukrainian Defence Forces reinforced the city's defence with additional forces and means. In particular, the logistics corridors to the western part of Myrnohrad have been reinforced, allowing for uninterrupted supply of units in this area.
Ukrainian marines and paratroopers are focusing their efforts on detecting and destroying the enemy in the most active areas where Russians are trying to penetrate the city.
Since the beginning of December, Ukrainian troops have eliminated and disabled 207 occupants in the area of Myrnohrad. One tank, three armoured combat vehicles, one artillery piece, one Grad multiple rocket launcher system, six vehicles and 34 drones of various types were also destroyed or damaged.
