Russian troops have attacked the Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv and Kherson regions; there are casualties

Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces have launched attacks on several regions of Ukraine. Casualties and damage to residential buildings have been reported in the Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv and Kherson regions.

Zaporizhzhia Region

A 42-year-old woman was injured in the Zaporizhzhia district as a result of a Russian strike. According to Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, a private house was hit and sustained damage.

In addition, a residential building was damaged as a result of another strike in the district. Its façade and roof were destroyed, and the windows were smashed. Preliminary reports indicate that there were no casualties during the second strike.

Furthermore, according to Fedorov, over the past 24 hours, Russian forces carried out 785 strikes on 36 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. As a result of the attacks, one person was killed and two others were injured in the Zaporizhzhia district.

There were 16 reports of damage to homes, non-residential buildings and vehicles.

Mykolaiv region

In the Mykolaiv region, three people were injured on 10 May as a result of an attack by Russian drones.

This was reported by the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.

Kherson region

In the Kherson region, two people were killed and two others were injured in Russian strikes over the past 24 hours.

According to Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Russian forces shelled 13 settlements in the region.

A multi-storey building, four private houses and cars were damaged.
