Russian troops struck the "Ukrzaliznytsia" substations
As a result of the attack, the tracks are de-energized and a number of trains are delayed.

This is reported by the press service of «Ukrzaliznytsia».

«As a result of a comprehensive enemy attack on substations, we are experiencing delays of passenger trains on the Odessa and Dnipro directions. Some routes are being diverted, and 20 reserve locomotives have already been deployed. Several trains were stopped by our dispatchers at a safe distance from the affected zone,» the message states.

Some routes are being diverted, and 20 reserve locomotives have already been deployed. Several trains were stopped by our dispatchers at a safe distance from the affected zone. The full list of delays is traditionally available on the portal uz-vezemo.

Regarding international connections, particularly in Helm and Peremyshl, we are already in contact with the dispatch teams of foreign railways and coordinating transfers, train waiting times, and expedited border control.

In suburban communication, there will be delays and temporary route restrictions, and the following trains will not be able to operate in the morning:

№6501/6592 Znamyanka — Shevchenko station — Cherkasy;
№6503 Znamyanka — Myronivka;
№6331 Znamyanka — Pomichna;
№6332 Kolosivka — Znamyanka shortened to Kropyvnytskyi station;
№6036 Pomichna — Znamyanka shortened to Sakharnaya station.

Added 12:30: Restoration of infrastructure at the night strike sites is ongoing, railway workers continue their work to restore power to the railway network as quickly as possible.  Several trains continue to run with delays due to the attack, but railway workers are doing everything possible to reduce train delays, including changing routes so that return trips depart as close to schedule as possible, reports Ukrzaliznytsia.

Yes, several trains will operate today as follows:

- train №116/115 Chernivtsi - Zaporizhzhia will only run to Dnipro station. Passengers on this train to Dnipro must transfer to cars of train №5, which runs in one consist with train №116 for delivery to Zaporizhzhia.
Passengers on the return train №115/116 Zaporizhzhia - Chernivtsi will also board cars of train №6 at Zaporizhzhia station, and after the merging of the two trains at Dnipro, they will be able to move to their seats in train №115.

- Passengers of train №86 Lviv - Zaporizhzhia will only travel to Dnipro station, and train №127 Zaporizhzhia - Lviv will depart from Dnipro instead of Zaporizhzhia. Additional cars running between these stations will transport passengers between Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia.

- Train №79/80 Dnipro - Lviv will only operate to Kyiv due to significant delays. Its passengers will be transferred to an additional train, which will be on the adjacent track and depart for Lviv after all passengers have transferred.
Passengers of train №80 from Lviv to Dnipro will also board an additional train at Lviv, which will depart according to schedule №80.

To reduce the delay time and ensure connections in international travel for passengers of train №119 Dnipro - Helm, the route of this train today bypassed Kyiv. Passengers have already been transferred in separate cars to Fastiv-2 station, where they are now waiting to be coupled to their train and seated.
At Helm station, we are working with the Polish side to organize buses to transport passengers further.

Passengers on today's flights from Kherson are also expected to experience changes. Those scheduled to board train №101/102 Kherson - Kramatorsk have already departed with delays from Kherson to Mykolaiv with additional cars for transfer to their train.
Similarly, today we will also transfer passengers of train №109/110 Kherson - Lviv — additional cars will take them to Mykolaiv for transfer to their train, with departure scheduled according to train №109/110 timetable.
