Russia has lost a further 1,310 troops and one aircraft in the past 24 hours
The total combat losses suffered by Russian forces since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, from 24 February 2022 to 9 July 2026, amount to approximately 1,414,820 soldiers. Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Defence Forces have eliminated a further 1,310 Russian invaders.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian army also lost 7 tanks, 3 armoured fighting vehicles, 59 artillery systems, 4 multiple launch rocket systems, 1 air defence system and 1 aircraft.
In addition, 1,843 operational-tactical-level drones, 363 vehicles and tankers, 4 ground-based robotic systems and 4 pieces of specialist equipment were destroyed over the past day.
In total, since the start of the full-scale war, Russia’s losses, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, amount to 12,107 tanks, 24,906 armoured fighting vehicles, 45,628 artillery systems, 1,922 multiple launch rocket systems, 1,479 air defence systems, 437 aircraft, 353 helicopters, 398,763 operational-tactical-level unmanned aerial vehicles, 4,887 cruise missiles, 33 ships and boats, 2 submarines, 117,910 vehicles and tankers, 1,857 ground-based robotic systems and 4,402 units of specialised equipment.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted that the figures are subject to revision.
