The Pension Fund of Ukraine’s Single Contact Centre
From July 2026, Ukrainians will be able to receive telephone advice on matters falling within the remit of the Pension Fund of Ukraine exclusively through the Pension Fund of Ukraine’s single contact centre.

This was announced by the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

Specialists at the Contact Centre will provide guidance on matters relating to:

  • pension provision;
  • housing benefits;
  • benefits;
  • state social assistance;
  • insurance payments;
  • the Pension Fund’s online services;
  • other matters falling within the remit of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

“The multi-channel system is capable of handling a significant number of telephone enquiries simultaneously, making it more convenient and accessible for citizens to obtain advice and expanding the scope of remote services,” the Pension Fund noted.

You can contact the Contact Centre on the following numbers:

  • 0 800 503 753 (toll-free multi-channel line);
  • (044) 281-08-70;
  • (044) 281-08-71.

Contact Centre opening hours: Monday–Friday — 08:00 to 20:00; Saturday — 08:00 to 14:00; Sunday — closed.
