In Vinnytsia, a man climbed onto the roof of a shop in an attempt to avoid contact with representatives of the TCC. Emergency services are at the scene.

In Vinnytsia, a man climbed onto the roof of a shop while fleeing from representatives of the regional recruitment centre.

Representatives of the recruitment centre, the police, an ambulance crew and rescue workers are at the scene.

According to local media reports, the man is refusing to come down from the roof.
