In the USA, they explained why they stopped supplying weapons to Ukraine
White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt stated on Monday, July 7, during a briefing in Washington.
In response to the question of who exactly — the U.S. president or the Pentagon — made the decision to suspend arms supplies during the shelling of Ukrainian cities, Leavitt replied: "No, none of these statements are true." According to her, the Pentagon is conducting a standard review process of all defense assistance.
"This concerns not only Ukraine but all countries around the world… to ensure that everything America supplies aligns with its interests. This is a pause for review," — said Leavitt.
