Ukrainians in Poland have been accused of terrorist acts
The investigation considers them to be the perpetrators of sabotage activities on the territory of the country.

The investigation into sabotage on the railway in Poland is expanding, and law enforcement officials have officially identified those involved in these actions, linking them to interference from the Russian Federation. This is reported in an article by Onet.

The Polish prosecutor's office announced charges against two Ukrainian citizens, whom the investigation considers to be the perpetrators of sabotage activities on the country's territory. According to the agency, these are Oleksandr K. and Yevhen I., who, according to the investigation, are in Belarus.

A representative of the National Prosecutor's Office, whose statement is cited by the Polish publication, explained the decision made.

Law enforcement officials note that the suspects could not be detained, so it is impossible to carry out the necessary procedural actions.

The prosecutor's office emphasizes that the collected materials indicate a connection between both men and sabotage acts, which, according to the Polish side, were carried out on orders from the Russian Federation.

The message clarifies: "The prosecutor's office has decided to bring charges against them for committing acts of sabotage of a terrorist nature on the orders of the Russian Federation."

Both individuals face life imprisonment. At the same time, the investigation has detained several other persons, but no official charges have been filed against them.
