Ukrainian forces shot down a Russian MiG-29 fighter jet and a ‘Pantsir-S1’ air defence system in the Kursk region.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The ‘Bussol-S’ radar station in the Kherson region was also targeted. This station is designed to detect, track and provide coordinates for surface (maritime) targets, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of coastal waters surveillance by units of the Russian Navy’s Coast Guard.

In addition, the Defence Forces attacked Russian depots in the Donetsk, Luhansk and Kharkiv regions, as well as Russian drone control centres in the Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions.

As a reminder, the Unmanned Systems Forces previously announced that they had struck seven vessels belonging to the Russian Federation’s shadow fleet and air defence installations.
