Ukraine plans to enhance the capabilities of its strike drones in the near future – both in terms of striking targets 100–150 km from the border and carrying out long-range attacks.

Serhiy Beskrestnov (Flash), an adviser to the Ukrainian Minister of Defence, announced this on Facebook.

“Yes, we have already tested new types of FPVs, and they will soon be deployed to the front line. The enemy will feel the pain. Yes, in a month or two we will finally cover the 100–150 km zone from the borders with short-range strike UAVs. That’s where all the ‘juiciest’ targets are. Yes, there will be more and more long-range UAV strikes. Yes, there will be more surprises,” he wrote.

Beskreznov also noted that the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence team is working on innovations and supplies, and that units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have the necessary resources and know how to use them.

As a reminder, it was previously reported that Ukraine has increased the range of long-range strikes against Russia to 1,750 km.
