Another 1200 bodies of the deceased have been returned to Ukraine
All necessary examinations will be carried out and the identification of the repatriated bodies will be conducted in the near future.

On Sunday, June 15, the continuation of repatriation activities took place according to the agreements in Istanbul, and another 1,200 bodies were returned to Ukraine. 

This was reported by the Coordination Headquarters on the treatment of prisoners of war. It is noted that all necessary examinations will be carried out in the near future, and the identification of the repatriated bodies will be conducted.

Earlier, on June 13, as a result of the repatriation activities, the bodies of another 1,200 deceased citizens were returned. Recall that following the second round of negotiations in Istanbul, the delegations of Ukraine and Russia agreed on an "all for all" prisoner exchange in two categories and bodies of the deceased—up to 6,000. After that, on June 11 and June 13, Ukraine returned the bodies of 2,412 deceased. Three prisoner exchanges were also conducted.
