The first Starlink terminals added to the so-called white list have already resumed operation, while Russian users access to the system has been blocked. The verification process is ongoing, and its technical capabilities are gradually being scaled up.

A large-scale inspection and verification of Starlink satellite communication terminals continues in Ukraine. The first wave of devices that made it onto the white list is already operating normally, while terminals used by the Russian side have been blocked. This was announced by Mykhailo Fedorov.

According to him, the white lists are currently being updated once a day. If a terminal has been submitted for registration but has not yet been activated, users are advised to wait. The process covers a large number of devices and takes time. At the same time, the state is working to ensure that data is transferred for verification in real time.

Civilian users must verify Starlink terminals through administrative service centres. For legal entities, a corresponding service is planned to be launched on the Diya portal in the near future.

The ministry emphasises that the team, together with its partners, is promptly processing all requests. Fedorov expressed his special gratitude to the military and commanders who quickly verified their terminals, stressing that stable and uninterrupted communication is critical for the work of the front line.
