The ninth exchange stage has already taken place, as agreed in Istanbul.

Over all the stages of the recent Istanbul agreements, more than 1000 Ukrainians have been able to return.

"The warriors returning today defended Ukraine on various front lines. A significant number were in captivity for over three years. Everyone will receive the necessary support and medical assistance," said President Volodymyr Zelensky.
