The enemy attacked critical infrastructure.

This is reported by ThePublic.info citing Telegram channel of the head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, Andriy Raikovych.

"Tonight - another enemy attack on critical infrastructure objects of the region. This time in the Novoukrainka district. Preliminary - no casualties. 19 settlements are without electricity. Currently, the elimination of consequences is underway," - Raikovych reported.
