Zelensky confirmed the strike on a Turkish enterprise in Kyiv
The Russian army attacked a Turkish enterprise during a massive night strike.

This was reported by President Volodymyr Zelensky following a conversation with Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

«There were strikes on a Turkish enterprise, the Embassy of Azerbaijan, the European Union Representation, the British Council, and residential areas. This is Putin's response to all attempts by Ukraine, the USA, and our European partners to stop the killings,» the head of state wrote.

He emphasized that allies should pressure the Russian Federation with sanctions and tariffs, and also announced that Ukraine is counting on strong steps.

«Much was discussed about security guarantees. Currently, advisors on national security are working on developing each specific component, and next week the entire configuration will be on paper,» the president added.

On the night of August 28, Russians carried out the fourth strike in the past six months on the Turkish Bayraktar drone factory in Kyiv.

Turkish publication Turkiye gazetesi reported that the factory was not operational, but most of the production capacities had already been prepared. Two hits were recorded, and the factory's production facilities suffered significant damage.

«It was stated that key personnel had completed training, and production lines were about to start working. However, the attack caused damage to investments worth millions of dollars. The company's ongoing preparations, despite previous attacks, suffered a severe blow,» reports the Turkish publication.

According to media reports, the total amount of investments planned for the construction of drone manufacturing facilities is announced at $95.5 million USD.
