During the URC2026 Conference on Ukraine’s Recovery, held in Gdańsk, Poland, 160 agreements were signed, worth over 10 billion euros. Key outcomes included new financial instruments, international agreements and partnerships in strategic sectors.

At the URC2026 Conference on Ukraine’s Recovery, held in Gdańsk, 160 agreements were signed, totalling over 10 billion euros. The parties also agreed on new partnerships in the defence industry and energy sectors.

The Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko, reported on the outcomes of the conference.

According to her, the agreements signed this year were the result of the daily efforts of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the entire Ukrainian team.

Among the key outcomes of the conference, Svyrydenko highlighted the first tranche of the European Union’s new financial instrument, worth 3.2 billion euros.

A separate agreement was concluded with the World Bank for $3.4 billion.

Also, as part of URC2026, the launch of the European Flagship Fund for the Reconstruction of Ukraine and the creation of the Ukraine Transport Support Fund were announced.

In addition, €140 million has been earmarked for housing programmes. An agreement was also signed with the European Investment Bank regarding the restoration and protection of roads in frontline regions.

New partnerships in the defence industry and energy sectors have emerged as a separate area of focus.

Yulia Svyrydenko emphasised that the results of the conference once again confirmed the shared path of Ukraine and Europe, as well as their shared values and future.
