Rain, sleet and frost: what to expect from the weather on 21 April

Weather in Ukraine
According to the forecast, most regions of the country will be cloudy with sunny spells today.
Moderate, and in places heavy, rain is expected overnight, except in the northern regions, and during the day in the Carpathian region, Zakarpattia, the south and south-east.
The wind will be predominantly northerly, 7–12 m/s, with gusts of up to 15–20 m/s in some parts of the southern regions.
The air temperature at night will be 1–6 degrees above zero. In the northern regions, as well as in Volyn, Rivne, Khmelnytskyi, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy and Poltava regions, frosts of 0–3 degrees are possible. During the day, the air will warm up to 7–12 degrees above zero.
Wet snow is expected in the Carpathians, with temperatures fluctuating between 3 degrees below zero and 2 degrees above zero throughout the day.
Weather in Kyiv
In the capital, it will be cloudy with sunny spells during the day, but there will be no precipitation.
The wind will be northerly, 7–12 m/s.
In the Kyiv region, frosts of 0-3 degrees are possible at night, whilst daytime temperatures will reach 7-12 degrees above zero.
In Kyiv, temperatures of 1-3 degrees above zero are expected overnight, with ground frosts of 0-3 degrees; during the day, the air will warm up to 8-10 degrees above zero.
