Drones struck an oil export terminal in the Leningrad Oblast of the Russian Federation

The authorities have confirmed damage to a fuel tank and a fire – they are attempting to extinguish it, and staff have been evacuated. One of the drones damaged a power line pylon near the village of Yermilovo in the Vyborg District as it crashed. In total, according to the governor, Russian air defences have destroyed 35 drones since the start of the attack and 60 UAVs over the past 24 hours.
The Primorsky Port is Russia’s largest oil-loading port in the Baltic Sea and the terminus of the Baltic Pipeline System. It has a capacity of up to 75 million tonnes of oil per year.
