The General Staff announced the damage to two oil refineries and a gas processing plant in the Russian Federation
On the night of October 29, the Defense Forces struck two oil refineries.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that during the night of October 29, the Defense Forces struck two oil refineries involved in supplying the Russian army, writes ThePublic.info.

According to reports, these are the Novospassky Oil Refinery in Novospassky (Ulyanovsk Region, Russia) and the Mariinsky Oil Refinery in Tabashino (Republic of Mari El). Explosions and fires have been recorded at the facilities – the extent of the damage is being clarified.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces also note that Ukrainian attack drones this night struck the Budyonnovsky Gas Processing Plant, which supplies gas to several enterprises in the region and is a raw material source for the petrochemical industry. The plant is located in the city of Budyonnovsk (Stavropol Krai). Ukrainian military forces recorded a hit on the GPU-1 production unit.

«Disabling the facilities of these enterprises on the territory of the Russian Federation reduces the capabilities of the Russian army in conducting hostilities. The Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to implement measures aimed at stopping Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine», – emphasize the General Staff.
