The euro has hit a new all-time high: the NBU has set the official exchange rates for 15 April
Exchange rates
On Wednesday, 15 April 2026, the official exchange rate of the euro against the national currency will rise by 57 kopecks, reaching 51.32 UAH. This figure marks a new all-time high for the euro in Ukraine.

This was reported by the NBU’s press office.

At the same time, the US currency showed more subdued dynamics: the official US dollar exchange rate will rise by 6 kopecks to 43.49 UAH.

Thus, the regulator has set the following rates for 15 April:

  • 1 euro – 51.32 UAH (compared to 50.75 UAH as of 14 April);
  • 1 US dollar – 43.49 UAH (compared to 43.43 UAH as of 14 April).

This significant rise in the euro’s value comes against the backdrop of its strengthening against the dollar on international markets, which is directly reflected in exchange rates within Ukraine.
