Actress Ksenia Mishina inadvertently revealed her weight during a yoga session, much to the surprise of her fans, and sparked interest in her physical fitness.

The star shared an Instagram Story from her workout, in which she demonstrated a challenging handstand. In the clip, she looks completely focused, though she makes no secret of the fact that the exercise is proving difficult.

While performing the pose, the actress decided to joke about how she was feeling. It was this very joke that unexpectedly ‘spilled the beans’ on a figure that fans had long been discussing. It turned out that the secret was literally right there on the surface. And although it was implied rather than stated outright, attentive followers immediately got the message.

“Yoga is when your 55 kg feels like 105,” Ksenia wrote ironically in the video.

At the same time, the actress herself isn’t making a big deal of it and continues to share everyday moments from her workouts. For her, it’s more about inner balance than numbers.

It is well known that Mishina takes her lifestyle seriously and maintains a disciplined diet. Her diet contains almost no traditional desserts — instead, she opts for simple and ‘clean’ alternatives. The actress also trains regularly and practises meditation, which helps her stay in shape and maintain emotional balance.
