Members of Parliament, together with their family members, have declared savings of over $301 million in hryvnia, US dollars and euros. According to journalists’ estimates, there are 27 official dollar millionaires serving in the Verkhovna Rada.

This is reported by OBOZ.UA following an analysis of MPs’ declarations.

Members of the Ukrainian Parliament have declared over $301 million in personal savings in hryvnia, dollars and euros.

This refers to the funds of the MPs themselves and their family members. The calculations took into account officially declared savings at the exchange rate as of the end of May 2026.

Crypto assets, property, cars and other assets were not included in this figure.

According to journalists, there are 27 official dollar millionaires serving in the current Verkhovna Rada.

Which faction is the richest

The “European Solidarity” faction has the highest average savings per MP.

If all the faction’s declared savings were divided among its MPs, each would receive around $5.3 million.

However, this figure was significantly influenced by Petro Poroshenko. Ukraine’s fifth president, together with his family, declared savings of around $127.5 million. This accounts for 95.6% of the faction’s total.

Excluding Poroshenko, the average figure for “European Solidarity” MPs is around $308,900 per person.

Apart from Poroshenko, others in this faction who declared over $1 million include Oleksiy Honcharenko – $1.2 million, most of which belongs to his wife – and Mykola Knyazhytskyi – $1.1 million together with his wife.

Who else is among the wealthiest

In second place in terms of average assets is the “Restoration of Ukraine” parliamentary group – around $2.9 million per MP.

Vadym Stolar plays a key role here. He declared the equivalent of around $24.8 million. The total assets of the entire group amount to $46.7 million.

The declarations of MPs in this group also highlight Oleksandr Feldman, whose family is listed as having 63.4 million UAH and $1.4 million, and Dmytro Isaienko – 60.6 million UAH and $9.5 million per family.

In third place in terms of average assets is the “Platform for Life and Peace”, with an average of around $1.3 million per MP.

How much do other factions and groups have?

According to OBOZ.UA’s calculations, the average assets per MP are as follows:

“European Solidarity” – around $5.3 million;

“Reconstruction of Ukraine” – around $2.9 million;

“Platform for Life and Peace” – around $1.3 million;

“For the Future” – around $1.3 million;

“Batkivshchyna” – around $845,200;

non-affiliated MPs – approximately $551,100;

“Trust” – approximately $463,000;

“Servant of the People” – approximately $268,500;

“Voice” – around $121,800

The “Holos” faction has the lowest average figure. According to journalists, it has no official dollar millionaires, which has significantly affected the overall result.

Millionaires in “Servant of the People” and “Fatherland”

In “Servant of the People”, Oleksandr Sova declared the largest official savings – around $6.2 million.

In second place is Oleg Seminsky – around $4 million. Third is Ella Repina with approximately $1.4 million.

In “Batkivshchyna”, Yulia Tymoshenko has the largest savings – around $5 million. She lent a significant portion of the funds to her daughter Yevheniia.

Tymoshenko has previously stated publicly that she received most of her savings as compensation from the firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, which in 2012 prepared a report on her imprisonment during Viktor Yanukovych’s time in office.

Who are the wealthiest in “For the Future” and the PZHM

Among the wealthiest MPs in the “For the Future” group is Stepan Ivakhiv, co-owner of the Kontinium financial-industrial group and the WOG petrol station chain.

He declared $9.5 million in the Polish bank BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. alone.

Oleksandr Hereha, co-owner of “Epicentre”, also has significant savings.

In the “Platform for Life and Peace”, the wealthiest is Hryhoriy Surkis – with savings of around $14.1 million.

Vitaliy Bort declared over $10 million. Yuriy Boyko has around $3.8 million, and Volodymyr Kaltsov has $3.7 million.

Who is the poorest according to their declaration

According to journalists, the smallest official savings were reported by “Servant of the People” MP Oleksandr Marikovsky.

In his declaration for last year, he did not list any cash, and he and his wife have several thousand hryvnias in their bank accounts.

What is important

This refers only to officially declared savings.

Most MPs with significant wealth in their declarations have formally verified sources of funds.

At the same time, journalists note that illegally obtained funds are usually not shown in declarations, and assets may be registered in the names of relatives, whom the declarant is not obliged to list.

Therefore, the actual financial status of some politicians may be greater than the official figures in their declarations.
