Last night, the Russian Federation attacked railway infrastructure in the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, and Odesa regions. This was reported in a telegram by Deputy Prime Minister for Recovery — Minister of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine Oleksiy Kuleba.

According to him, the Russian army used drones and missiles to strike civilian and critical infrastructure. Kyiv and the Kyiv region came under heavy shelling. One person is known to have been killed, and there are also reports of injuries.

The attack damaged energy infrastructure facilities. Destruction of civilian buildings was recorded in Kyiv, Odesa, Sumy, Mykolaiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia and other regions.

Kuleba noted separately that the enemy had struck railway facilities in four regions. Two locomotives were damaged, but train traffic continued.
