The occupying authorities in Crimea are introducing fines for covering one's face in public places

The new administrative liability provision may be applied for the first time in Sevastopol.

Окупаційна адміністрація Криму виступила з ініціативою зробити півострів першим регіоном, де почне діяти норма про штрафи за перебування в громадських місцях із закритим обличчям.

Йдеться про законопроєкт, внесений до держдуми РФ, який передбачає адміністративну відповідальність за появу в місцях загального користування з обличчям, що не дозволяє встановити особу. За таке порушення пропонують штраф від 10 до 15 тисяч рублів, а у разі повторного — до 30 тисяч рублів.

 

Як повідомляють активісти руху «Жовта Стрічка», пілотним регіоном для реалізації цієї ініціативи планують визначити Севастополь. З огляду на вже розгорнуту систему перевірок та відеоспостереження, нововведення може стати додатковим механізмом контролю за мешканцями.
