On its second attempt, the Verkhovna Rada stripped MP Volodymyr Tsabal of the ‘Holos’ party of his mandate.

This was revealed during the broadcast of the session.

257 MPs voted in favour of the decision. The first vote took place on 12 May, but at that time the MPs did not have enough votes.

Tsabal’s place in the faction is to be taken by the next candidate on the “Holos” party list — political scientist Mykola Davydiuk.

Volodymyr Tsabal: what is known about him

In 2005, Volodymyr Tsabal worked as a data analyst at Tetra Pak Ukraine, a subsidiary of the multinational company Tetra Pak.

In 2006–2007, he was a business analyst at Nestlé Ukraine LLC, and in 2007 at Nestlé Hellas SA in Athens (Greece). In the same year, he was team leader at Nestlé Bulgaria in Sofia.

Economist, data analyst, business analyst. From 2008 to 2019, he was an associate partner at the consulting firm McKinsey&Company.
