Britain’s Prince Harry arrived in the Ukrainian capital without prior notice. His arrival was captured by journalist Chris Ship.

Britain’s Prince Harry has arrived in Kyiv on an unannounced visit. Journalist Chris Ship reported on his arrival and also posted a video from the station.

In the footage released, the prince is seen stepping out of the train carriage and greeting people on the platform. Upon arrival, he said: “It’s nice to be back in Ukraine.”

His visit was not announced in advance. There is currently no information about the purpose of the trip, the length of his stay or any planned meetings in Kyiv.

This is not Prince Harry’s first visit to the Ukrainian capital. He last visited Kyiv in September 2025.

On his previous visit, Prince Harry visited the Alley of Heroes in Kyiv, where he paid tribute to fallen soldiers. At the time, he emphasised the importance of supporting wounded defenders and stated his readiness to do everything possible to help them.
