PrivatBank is offering cashback of up to 3,000 UAH for transfers made via Privat24
Adult PrivatBank customers who hold a Tax Identification Number (TIN) and an active PrivatBank Visa card are eligible to take part in the promotion.
PrivatBank, in partnership with Visa, is running a promotion for customers who use mobile number transfers via the Privat24 app. Until 20 July 2026, every transfer of 1,000 UAH or more made using a Visa card will automatically be entered into a prize draw for cashback of between 1,000 and 3,000 UAH and an iPhone 17 Pro Max.

This has been announced by PrivatBank.

The promotion is open to adult PrivatBank customers who hold a Tax Identification Number (TIN) and an active Visa card issued by PrivatBank. This may be a salary card, a ‘Universal’ card, a ‘Universal Gold’ card or a premium Visa card.

To take part, you must send or receive a transfer via your mobile number for an amount of at least 1,000 UAH via Privat24 by 20 July. The transfer must be linked to a Visa card.

There is no need to register separately. Each such transfer is automatically entered into the prize draw.

What prizes is PrivatBank giving away?

PrivatBank is giving away 300 cashback prizes over the entire duration of the promotion: 1,000, 2,000 and 3,000 UAH. Three iPhone 17 Pro Max devices will also be raffled off amongst participants — one winner at each stage of the promotion.

150 customers will receive a 1,000 UAH cashback, 75 customers will receive a 2,000 UAH cashback, and a further 75 customers will receive a 3,000 UAH cashback.

A participant may receive cashback at each stage of the promotion, but the iPhone 17 Pro Max can only be won once during the entire period.

How many transfers do you need to make?

There is no limit on the number of transfers. The more transfers a customer makes or receives via a phone number, the greater their chances of winning in the prize draw.

One transfer during a stage of the promotion enters you into the draw for 1,000 UAH cashback.

Two transfers during a stage qualify you for the 2,000 UAH cashback prize draw.

Three transfers during the promotion period qualify you for the 3,000 UAH cashback prize draw.

When does the promotion run?

The PrivatBank and Visa promotion runs from 20 April to 20 July 2026.

It is divided into three stages. The first ran from 20 April to 19 May, the second from 20 May to 19 June, and the third runs from 20 June to 20 July inclusive.

The results of the third stage are to be published on the promotion page no later than 20 August 2026. Winners will also be notified via push notifications in Privat24 or by email.

How to make a transfer using a phone number

To transfer money using a phone number, open Privat24, go to the ‘Transfer’ menu, select the recipient from your contacts or enter their phone number, specify the amount and confirm the transaction.

If a customer wishes to receive transfers via their phone number, they must activate the ‘Top up card via phone number’ service in Privat24. To do this, open the settings, go to payment settings, select the card for automatic crediting of funds and click ‘Set’.

Which transfers are eligible

The promotion covers transfers via phone number from a PrivatBank Visa card to another PrivatBank Visa card.

Transfers received via mobile number onto a PrivatBank Visa card from PrivatBank Visa cards or cards issued by other Ukrainian banks that support this service are also eligible.

Furthermore, you can send a transfer from a PrivatBank Visa card to a Visa card held by another Ukrainian bank, provided that the bank supports transfers via mobile number and the recipient has registered their card with the service.

Important information

Cashback can only be credited to a PrivatBank Visa card denominated in hryvnia. If you do not have such a card, the bank allows you to apply for a Digital Visa card in hryvnia remotely.

However, PrivatBank warns that cashback is not credited to a ‘Konvert’ account or an online card, regardless of the account currency.
