The Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office has announced a pre-trial investigation into the possible unlawful inclusion of an additional charge in the cost of parcel delivery.

The Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office has examined a referral received from the Office of the Prosecutor General regarding possible criminal offences, according to a post on Facebook by Oleksiy Honcharenko, a Member of the Ukrainian Parliament.
