The enemy attempted to attack a number of Ukrainian cities, with the capital being one of the key targets.

The "suicide drone" attack began around 11:00 PM, which is a few hours later than usual, reports thePublic.info citing RBC-Ukraine, which used data from the Air Forces and information from local authorities in preparing the material.

The enemy attempted to attack several cities in Ukraine, with one of the key targets being the capital, where drone attacks are ongoing as of 08:30. After 02:00, enemy MiG-31K aircraft were launched into the sky, prompting an air raid alert across Ukraine. Subsequently, missiles "Kinzhal" flew towards Khmelnytskyi region.

Also, Russian strategic bombers Tu-95MS were launched into the sky that night, and monitoring channels reported that Tu-160s also took off. Early in the morning, enemy X-101 cruise missiles and, preliminarily, "Calibr" from sea platforms entered Ukrainian airspace.

In the early morning, Kyiv was attacked by cruise missiles simultaneously with attack drones.

As a result of the attack, debris fell in Solom'yansky, Sviatoshynskyi, Dniprovskyi, Darnytskyi, and Holosiivskyi districts. Specifically:

  • In Darnytskyi district, debris fell on the territory of a private estate, a kindergarten area, and a kiosk is on fire.

Later, during the attack, a hospital in Sviatoshynskyi district caught fire. There may be casualties there, preliminary reports suggest.

There are at least three dead in the capital, including a 12-year-old girl.

Peaceful settlements in Kyiv region were also under massive attack. The consequences are recorded in 4 districts. Specifically:

  • Bucha district - a non-residential premises, private houses, and two cars caught fire;
  • Fastiv district - a fire broke out in a private house;
  • Bilozerka district - private houses and non-residential premises caught fire;
  • Obukhiv district - a fire in a farm building caused by falling debris from a downed target.

Later, Kyiv Regional Military Administration head Mykola Kalashnyk clarified that a fire broke out at a bread factory in Fastiv district, which was subsequently extinguished.

At the same time, in Bila Tserkva, the roof of a nine-story residential building was on fire. Six cars were also damaged.

According to the latest data, there are 7 injured in Kyiv region.

The city of Zaporizhzhia was hit twice during the night. The first attack was after the first hour of the night, damaging a gas station and a private house.

In the early morning, as Russians carried out a combined attack on Ukraine, two missiles hit Zaporizhzhia.

"Production facilities and a multi-story building were damaged as a result of the attack. Apartments are on fire in the building," said Fedorov. Additionally, the head of the Regional Military Administration reported that Russia attempted to attack the city's critical infrastructure. It is known that one educational institution was damaged due to the explosion wave.

The number of casualties in Zaporizhzhia due to the Russian attack is constantly increasing. According to the latest data, there are already 21 injured, two of whom are in serious condition.
