Russia attacked Odessa region with drones: two people killed, others wounded

Russian troops attacked the Odessa region with strike drones during the night. Two people were killed and three others were injured as a result of the strike.

This was reported by The Public, citing Oleg Kipper, head of the Odessa Regional State Administration, as quoted by DS.

According to Oleg Kipper, industrial, energy and civil infrastructure facilities were hit.

A 20-year-old woman and a man aged approximately 45 were killed in the attack. Three other people aged between 23 and 45 were injured. Two of the victims are in serious condition and are receiving the necessary medical care.

The strike also damaged production and storage facilities, administrative buildings, a car shop and vehicles.

One of the drones hit an apartment in a multi-storey building but did not detonate. Residents were provided with psychological assistance by the State Emergency Service.

The fires that broke out after the attack were extinguished by rescuers. Emergency and utility services continue to work on site to eliminate the consequences of the shelling.
