Naftogaz’s bank details have changed: how to check if funds have been credited
Naftogaz invoice with updated payment details for natural gas
The gas supplier Naftogaz of Ukraine has explained what will happen to natural gas payments if customers paid using the old bank details in February or March 2026. The company has assured customers that these payments will be credited, and that they can check their payment status via their personal account, the chatbot or the “Kub” app.

This is stated in a post by Naftogaz’s press office on Facebook.

Naftogaz of Ukraine has clarified whether customers who paid for gas using the previous bank details will incur arrears following the change in details in spring 2026.

The company explained that payments for gas made by consumers in February and March 2026 using the old bank details will be considered settled.

The changes to the payment details were implemented automatically for all banks that are partners of the company. However, some banks may experience delays in updating their systems, so customers are advised to check the information themselves.

Current payment details can be checked on the Naftogaz website in the “News” and “Official Information” sections. The updated details should also be indicated on paper receipts.

“Payments made in February/March 2026 using the previous bank details will be credited. You can view information regarding the crediting of funds in your personal account, via the chatbot or in the Kub app. When making subsequent payments, please use the new details,” the statement reads.

Naftogaz also explained how to pay for gas now. If a customer specifies the personal account of LLC “Gas Supply Company “Naftogaz of Ukraine” in the payment reference, a new template must be created in the payment systems.

Payments must be made using the updated details:

Gas Supply Company “Naftogaz of Ukraine” LLC;

EDRPOU 40121452;

Account No. UA723204780000026006000255925;

MFO 320478;

JSC “Ukrgasbank”.

To avoid arrears, penalty charges and the suspension of gas supplies, bills from Naftogaz must be paid by the 25th of each month.

Consumers are also advised to switch to digital bills via online services. The company notes that this makes payment more convenient and requires less effort.

Electronic bills for paying for services via the gas supplier’s platforms remain available to customers. You can submit data, make payments, manage various accounts and access important information in just a few clicks.

To do this, you can use the ‘Kub’ mobile app or your personal account on the Naftogaz website.

As reported by ThePublic, from 1 May 2026, the gas tariff for most domestic consumers may remain at 7.96 UAH per cubic metre. This is the price currently in effect under Naftogaz of Ukraine’s “Fixed” annual tariff plan until 30 April 2026, and the issue of further tariff revisions is directly linked to government decisions and the future liberalisation of the market after the war.
