Car explosion in Obolon district of Kyiv classified as terrorist attack
On the morning of 4 January, a car exploded in the yard of a house on Heroiv Dnipra Street in Kyiv's Obolon district. The explosion occurred when the trunk of an SUV was opened. Law enforcement agencies have classified the incident as a terrorist act. A pre-trial investigation was opened under part one of Article 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
