Kharkiv region under heavy attack from drones and aerial bombs
This was reported by the Kharkiv Times, citing the regional military administration, the State Emergency Service and the National Police.
The occupiers deployed a wide range of weaponry: one guided aerial bomb, a Geran-2 UAV, four Molniya-type drones, five FPV kamikaze drones and eight unidentified unmanned aerial vehicles.
Consequences of the attacks by district:
Kharkiv district. In the village of Dubivka, Dergachi community, an FPV drone struck a moving civilian vehicle. The 30-year-old driver sustained blast and blunt force injuries and has been hospitalised. Private homes, outbuildings and a fence were also damaged.
In the Izium district:
Mirne: A 50-year-old man was injured in his own garden by the detonation of drone debris. The victim was taken to Kharkiv Regional Hospital.
Oskil: a 62-year-old woman sustained injuries and suffered acute stress reaction following a strike by guided aerial bombs. Damage to private homes was recorded.
In the village of Shestakove, a private house was damaged, and in Dachne, railway infrastructure was hit.
In the villages of Shipuvate and Bratenitsa, residential buildings and power lines were damaged by shelling.
Specialist services are currently working at the sites of the strikes to deal with the aftermath of the enemy attacks.
