Russian forces continue to shell and carry out air strikes on Ukrainian territory, using missiles, aerial bombs and drones.

The 1,531st day of the Russian Federation’s large-scale armed aggression against Ukraine has begun. Over the past 24 hours, 148 combat engagements were recorded.

The enemy launched one missile strike using two missiles, carried out 86 air strikes and dropped 312 guided aerial bombs. In addition, it deployed 10,394 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,384 shelling attacks on Ukrainian military positions and populated areas, including 37 using multiple launch rocket systems.

Air strikes were recorded, in particular, in the areas around the settlements of Vilna Sloboda in Sumy Oblast and Prosyana in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, as well as a number of settlements in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, including Vozdvyzhivka, Verkhnia Tersa, Novomykolaivka, Malyn, Huliaipilske, Lisne, Kopani, Omelnyk, Yegorivka, Rizdvyanka, Barvinivka, Rivne, Orikhiv, Lystivka, Tavriiske, Hryhorivka, Odarivka, Zarichne, Komyshuvakha, Tsvitkove, Lyubytske, Shyroke, Novoselivka and Novorozivka.

The Defence Forces’ aviation, missile forces and artillery struck nine areas where enemy personnel were concentrated, as well as two artillery pieces.

One engagement took place in the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors. The enemy carried out 73 shelling attacks and three air strikes using seven guided bombs.

In the Southern Slobozhanskyi sector, three attacks were recorded in the directions of Starytsia, Lyman and Mitrofanivka.

In the Kupiansk direction, two attacks took place towards Kurylivka and Kivsharivka.

In the Lyman sector, Ukrainian forces repelled five attempts to advance towards Lyman, Novyi Mir, Drobysheve and Ozerny.

In the Sloviansk sector, three attempts to advance were recorded in the directions of Rai Oleksandrivka, Kalenyky and Riznykivka.

In the Kramatorsk sector, one attack was repelled in the area of Orikhovo-Vasylivka.

In the Kostiantynivka sector, the enemy carried out 23 attacks near Kostiantynivka, Oleksandro Shultynogo, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopil, Illinivka, Stepanivka, Rusyn Yar and Sofiivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, 26 assault operations were halted in the areas of Bilytske, Dorozhne, Rodynske, Serhiivka, Novooleksandrivka, Pokrovsk, Hryshyne, Muravka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske and Novopavlivka.

In the Oleksandrivka sector, six attacks were recorded in the areas of Vorone, Oleksandrohrad, Zlagoda, Yegorivka, Krasnohirsk, and Berezove.

In the Huliaipole sector, 23 attacks took place in the areas of Zaliznychne, Olenokostiantynivka, Pryluky, Tsvitkove, Sviatopetrivka, Verkhnia Tersa, Hirke, Charivne and Huliaipole.

In the Orikhiv sector, one attempt to advance near Shcherbakiv was repelled.

In the Dnipro sector, Ukrainian units repelled two attacks in the direction of Antonivka.

In the Volyn and Polissya sectors, no signs of offensive groupings forming have been detected.

Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces suffered 1,120 casualties. Six tanks, four armoured fighting vehicles, 113 artillery systems, two multiple launch rocket systems, 11 ground-based robotic systems, 2,249 drones, five missiles, 268 vehicles and 17 pieces of specialised equipment were also destroyed.
