Zelensky awarded Parubiy the title of Hero of Ukraine

President Volodymyr Zelensky awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine posthumously to People's Deputy of Ukraine, former Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada (2016–2019) Andriy Parubiy.
This is stated in Decree No. 739 dated October 1, reports  ThePublic.info.
"For outstanding personal merits in the establishment of an independent Ukraine and strengthening its statehood, and for many years of political and public activity, I hereby decide: to confer the title of Hero of Ukraine with the Order of the State upon Andriy Volodymyrovych Parubiy — People's Deputy of Ukraine (posthumously)", - the decree states.
