The Russian campaign against Ukraine’s European future operates through a multi-tiered network of websites, Telegram channels, pseudo-local resources, state-run media and anonymous accounts. A joint study by the European External Action Service and the Centre for Countering Disinformation identifies 244,000 posts, 1.39 billion views and 2,660 sources showing signs of inauthentic behaviour.
