Ruslan Kravchenko is a Ukrainian lawyer, military prosecutor, and public figure. He was born on 14 March 1990 in Severodonetsk. In 2012, he graduated from the Military Law Faculty of the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University. In 2014–2015, he worked in the military prosecutor's office of the Southern Region, performing his duties directly in the zone of the Anti-Terrorist Operation. He ensured legality in military units on the front line. He was one of the key prosecutors in the group representing the state prosecution in the trial against former President Viktor Yanukovych. His work contributed to the historic verdict of 13 years' imprisonment for high treason and aiding and abetting in the conduct of an aggressive war.

He became the youngest head of the Prosecutor General's Office in the country's history, at the age of 35 at the time of his appointment.
