On 20 May 2026, a closed VIP forum entitled ‘City Development Strategy: Me, You, Society’ will take place in Lviv. The event is being organised by the DMNTR media group, and the main theme will be the development of the urban environment, planning and construction.

This was announced by the forum organisers.

The event is organised by the DMNTR media group.

The forum is dedicated to the strategy for the development of the urban environment and the future of Lviv.

The event will take the form of panel discussions, networking, a buffet and informal conversation.

The event will run from 17:00 to 21:00.

The organisers describe the forum as a conversation that will determine what Lviv will be like tomorrow.

Who will be speaking at the forum

Among the confirmed speakers is Lviv’s chief architect, Anton Kolomeitsev.

The programme also features Olena Vasylko, Director of the Department of Urban Planning and Development at the Lviv Regional State Administration; Julian Chaplinsky, CEO of AVR Development and former Chief Architect of Lviv; and Andriy Pavliv, founder of ZELEMIN.

Also confirmed to participate are Oleg Borshovsky, Chief Architect of Uzhhorod; Viktor Kudin and Olga Ryabova from KUDIN architects; Bogdan Goy, Chief Architect of A7 architects; Serhiy Zhuk, CEO and co-founder of HBD; Pavlo Gudymov, curator and founder of the “Ya Gallery” art centre Pavlo Gudymov, as well as Roman Romanets, co-founder of AVR Development.

What’s on the programme

Guest registration and welcome networking are scheduled from 17:00 to 17:20.

The official opening of the forum will take place at 17:20.

From 17:30 to 18:00, there will be a press conference on the topic “Lviv’s Development: Key Priorities, Tools and Partnerships”.

This will be followed by a series of presentations.

From 18:15 to 19:45, there will be a panel discussion on “City Development: New Approaches to Planning and Development”.

The final part of the programme includes networking, a buffet and a jazz performance.
