Construction of the ‘Dynasty’ complex may have been consecrated by a priest of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate) — investigation
This is reported in an article by ‘Slidstvo.Info’.
It should be recalled that the NABU and the SAPO recently published an investigation into the laundering of nearly $9 million in connection with the construction of the ‘Dynasty’ housing cooperative.
At the time, according to NABU, one of the photos showed a commemorative flask being buried and consecrated at the start of construction in 2021. Furthermore, according to NABU, the wife of the clergyman who was involved in the consecration became the nominal owner in 2022 of one of the flats provided as an unlawful benefit to former Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Chernyshov whilst he was Minister of Community and Territorial Development.
Journalists from ‘Slidstvo.Info’ have established that the priest’s wife in question may be Hanna Drebotiy. She is the owner of two flats in the ‘Crystal Springs’ residential complex, which were seized two years ago by order of the High Anti-Corruption Court. According to the investigation, following the implementation of a scheme to illegally acquire a plot of land, in which Chernyshov may have been involved, the client ‘rewarded’ him with flats in the already completed residential complex, and two of them may have ended up in the ownership of Drebotiy as a person close to Chernyshov.
As noted by “Slidstvo.Info”, Drebotii posted photos on social media with her husband, who resembles Viktor Drebotii, the archpriest of the Church of All Saints of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate) in Kyiv.

He, in turn, appeared in photos with the leadership of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate), in particular with Pavlo Lebed, known as Pasha Mercedes, who was notified of suspicion by the SBU in 2023.
Journalists have established that Drebotii’s wife’s Facebook ‘friends’ include, in particular, the former head of the President’s Office, Andrii Yermak, who was recently notified of suspicion, and Chernyshov’s wife, Svitlana.
Furthermore, on Hanna Drebotii’s social media accounts, “Slidstvo.Info” spotted photos from Crimea that she took after its occupation by Russia. From its own sources, the media outlet established that on 1 July 2014, Viktor Drebotii, together with his wife and son, left the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea via the ‘Dzhankoy’ checkpoint, and just three years later — in June 2017 — the same family entered the peninsula via the ‘Armiansk’ checkpoint.
The “Dynasty” project: what is known
The NABU notes that the participants in the “Dynasty project” agreed to build four private residences on the plots.
Each house covered an area of approximately 1,000 square metres, and the cost of a single house was approximately $2 million. These houses were designated R1, R2, R3 and R4. They also agreed to build a shared estate, R0, featuring a spa area, a swimming pool and a gym.
NABU believes that the construction was financed both through formally legal structures and with funds obtained through criminal means. According to the investigation, between 2021 and 2025, almost $9 million could have been laundered through the project, with the total amount exceeding 460 million hryvnias.
