Ukraine's energy system is operating steadily, but power outages are possible due to attacks by the Russian Federation.
State of the power system
Despite stable electricity consumption, several regions are experiencing power outages following Russian attacks, and hourly power cuts are possible in the evening.

Electricity consumption in Ukraine is currently in line with seasonal indicators, but due to the consequences of Russian attacks on energy infrastructure, power supply restrictions may be applied in certain regions.

This was reported by the Ukrenergo Telegram channel.

According to their data, Russian troops continue to shell energy facilities in frontline areas. As of this morning, following drone and artillery strikes, some consumers in the Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions were left without power.

In areas where the security situation allows, emergency repair work has already begun. Energy companies are working to restore power to all customers as quickly as possible.

At the same time, due to the consequences of previous massive attacks by Russia, power restriction schedules for industrial enterprises continue to operate in certain regions of Ukraine. During evening peak consumption hours, hourly power outages for the population and businesses are also possible.

You can find out the possible time and duration of power cuts at a specific address on the official websites of the regional power companies in your area.

As of 9:30 a.m. on 11 March, electricity consumption remained the same as at the same time the previous day, Tuesday.

The daily maximum consumption on 10 March was recorded in the evening hours. It was 1.7% lower than the previous day, 9 March, due to a gradual warming in most regions of the country.

Energy experts advise postponing the use of powerful electrical appliances to the period from 11:00 to 16:00, when solar power plants operate most efficiently.

Experts also emphasise that the situation in the power system may change, so citizens are asked to follow the announcements of distribution system operators and local power companies.
